We entered a design competition for a temporary sales suite that would act as a beacon for large city centre residential development, advertising what the development stood for in quality of concept, use and construction.  With a budget of £500k the design needed to entice people in, provide space for meetings, display a large site model and provide a viewing area that would allow visitors to watch the development take shape.

Our design was based on the concepts of portability and adaptability.  It recognised the sales office function of building and the interior was defined by the service and sales area components.  The fully glazed frontage allowed views through the whole sales area.  The main construction components of the design were timber and glass with each section is sized for easy transportation by lorry.
