Low Carbon Design Consultancy Services

As part of our commitment to improving environmental performance we are now able to offer low carbon consultancy in-house as part of our design service.

Low carbon consultancy services include:

1. Requirements of Part L Building regulation documents L2A & L2B (England and Wales);

2. Energy efficiency implementation measure drafting of an energy efficiency brief) in buildings during the earlier design stage and or refurbishment to facilitate passing part L;

3. Implementation options for the inclusion of low and zero carbon energy sources (LZC) for new and existing building projects as stipulated by part L when required by the client or the local authorities;

4. Explain the content of the outputs of National Calculation Methodology (NCM -SBEM tool). Such as:-

4.1. The building regulations compliance checking module (BRUKL) output generated by SBEM

4.2. Content of an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and its recommendation report

5. Liaison with Mechanical & Electrical consultants to facilitate an energy efficient building at the earlier design stage and consequently an easy pass for part L building regulation;
