Requirement:

Our client, McCann Homes, asked us to design three distinctively different projects as part of this major mixed use development for Henry Davidson Developments, making the most of a spectacular lakeside setting.

Our solution

• Derwent House is a five storey building of 47 two bedroom apartments with secure underground parking. Derwent House curves around the shore of Caldecotte Lake capturing that magic that comes of living on the waterside.
• Grafham Terrace is a similar but smaller development of 7 four bedroom / four storey townhouses which also have underground parking and the same relationship to the lake.
• Coniston Villas are eight two or three bedroom detached villas which ‘complete the set' of elegant options for contemporary living in the UK's newest city.
