Requirement:  

Our client required two town centre health parks over 3000 square metres in size, one in Nantwich, the other in Winsford.

Our solution:

•  Both projects involved bringing 3 or 4 existing medical practices together into one health park.
•  The health parks were also designed to provide other medical and support services run by the Primary Care Trust as well as a private pharmacy.
•  Working with our client, Henry Davidson Developments, Jefferson Sheard Architects liaised with GP’s and the PCT to deliver the design incorporating the services they required.
